The Great ICD-10 Debate

There has been a lot of opposition to the ICD-10 implementation scheduled for October 2013. Some question whether should the deadline be extended? However, The biggest debate is not about delaying the transition but more about whether it should be implemented at all or should there be an update to ICD-9. Everyone agrees that we need a change but the method is questionable.
