United States Contractors Trust (USCT) has been issued a cease and desist order in many states across the US. USCT solicits a bogus health insurance plan to individuals with pre-existing conditions or uninsured seeking a low-cost alternative to group health plans.
There is no licensed insurance company associated with USCT but has been tied to Beech Street among several other insurers due to the logo imprinted on the issued cards. Beech Street Corporation has issued a statement that they are not contracted, is not affiliated with, and does not have any business relationship with USCT.
USCT is also associated with:
- Alliance Health Advisors,
- AHA Health Plans,
- Venture Support Group LLC,
- Benefit Plan Administrators,
- Web Benefit Plan ADM
- Real Benefits Association (RBA) and
- National Association of Business Leadership (NABL)
Providers are encouraged to advise their staff to double check insurance cards for these bogus insurance cards and advise their patients of the scam.

I got USCT in Aug.2010 and ended it in Nov. 2011. I just found out that I had paid them over $2000. in that period of time for nothing. My Dr. never got paid. They called them and all they said, it was in themail in the next couple of months,. come to find out there funds had been frozen. When I called he said there was a law suit going on and it would be paid in a couple of months. The Dr. bill is over $3000. I am so disgusted thinking that I was scammed. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau.
